If you went the For Sale By Owner route every time you moved, you might do three or four transactions throughout your lifetime. A good agent will close three or four transactions a week! They know all the ins and outs of the selling process and will help you with every step of the process.
Research
has shown that between basic mistakes, pricing errors, and lack of
negotiating skills will cost you more money than the agent's commission
every time you try to sell your home yourself.
